Refund

Monthly subscriptions

Kinetic BIM is billed monthly in advance on a per-seat basis. You can cancel at any time, and your seats remain active until the end of the current paid month. We do not generally provide pro-rata refunds for partial months or for seats removed mid-cycle.

Free trial

Where a free trial is offered, you are not charged during the trial. If you do not wish to continue, cancel before the trial ends and you will not be billed.

Faulty or misdescribed software

If the Service is faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and other New Zealand law. Nothing in this policy limits those rights. Please contact us so we can put it right.

Discretionary refunds

We may, at our discretion, offer a refund or credit in individual circumstances — for example, accidental duplicate charges. This does not affect your statutory rights.

How to cancel or request a refund

Manage or cancel seats from your account, or contact us at bim@kineticbuild.co.nz with your account details. We aim to respond within a few business days.
