Kinetic Build Limited, trading as Kinetic BIM ("we", "us"), is the entity responsible for personal information collected through this website and the Service. We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 (New Zealand).

2. What we collect

• Account & contact details — name, work email, company, and enquiries you send us.
• Billing — processed by Shopify and Recharge. We do not store full card numbers.
• Licensing — information needed to activate and manage seats, such as your licence key, activation timestamps and a device fingerprint, processed through our licensing provider (Keygen).
• Usage — basic website analytics and support correspondence.

3. How we use it

To provide and support the Service, process payments and seats, respond to enquiries, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations.

4. Who we share it with

We share personal information with service providers who process it on our behalf, including Shopify and Recharge (payments/subscriptions), Keygen (licensing), and our hosting provider. These providers may store data outside New Zealand. We do not sell your personal information.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or de-identify it.
