Privacy statement

This statement covers the kineticbim.com website, operated by Kinetic Build Limited, trading as Kinetic BIM (“we”, “us”), of 2.1B, 93 Dominion Road, Mount Eden, Auckland 1024, New Zealand. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 2020.

What we collect

If you use our contact form we collect what you type into it: your name, email address, company and message. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies on this site.

Why we collect it

Only to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to work with you on your project. We don’t sell it or share it for marketing.

Where it goes

Your message is delivered to our team’s inbox by an email delivery service, and the site is hosted by a web hosting provider. Those providers may process your information outside New Zealand on our behalf.
